Soybean is generally cultivated in the tempered region with water availability. Soybean oil can be extracted from soybean by solvent extraction plant, the demand of soybean oil is increasing rapidly, so there is good scope for new entrants.
Soybean oil is high in poly and monounsaturated fats, low in saturated fats and trans fat free. Even after extraction, soybean oil retains its natural antioxidants, affordable, versatile and mild, soybean oil is used in over 75% of all commercial food production.

Soy oil is extracted from soybean flakes, the mixer of solvent and crude oil with concentration gradient, crude oil mixture is pumped out for evaporating. The evaporating section consists of several evaporators, after evaporating section, crude oil for refining and solvent for recycling.
Recycle solvent by some condensers, the solvent is transported to solvent storage tank, the waste gas is sent to the absorber for reducing solvent consumption and pollution.
After solvent extraction, we convey meals to DTDC for desolventing, toasting, drying, cooling, then get the qualified products.
The oil is refined to remove color, odor and bitterness, refining consists of heating the oil and mixing alkaline substance. Soap forms from the undesired fatty acids and the alkaline additive, and it is usually removed by centrifuge. The oil is washed to remove traces of soap and then dried.
Oils are also degummed by heating water, the gums, most of which are phosphatides, precipitate out, and the dregs are removed by centrifuge.
Oil that will be heated is then bleached by filtering it through activated carbon, or activated clays that absorb certain pigmented material from the oil.
Oil will undergo refrigeration is winterized rapidly chilled and filtered to remove wax, the procedure ensures oil will not partially solidify in the refrigerator.
Finally, the oil is deodorized, in this process, steam is passed over hot oil in a vacuum dryer, thus allowing the volatile taste and odor components to distill from the oil.
